A Little Bit About Me

I’m Chassity Parrish, CEO of Roadmap2balance4momz, LLC. I am a full-time mother while maintaining a full-time career. I have a Master’s Degree in Science of Human Behavior from Capella University and am also a certified Life Coach. Over the past nine years, I have mentored several moms. Those experiences inspired me to use my voice to encourage, support, redefine, and elevate Moms to find Resilience, Self-Care, and Balance in their lives through real-life and practical methods.

Now is the time to navigate the feelings surrounding self and motherhood. You are at a place where you want to spend time rebuilding the person you once lost, YOU. You love your family but if you do not take action to take care of yourself, you could potentially drown. As a recovering stressed-out and overwhelmed mom, I know all about the struggle of feeling disconnected from yourself, totally loosing who I was and not taking the time to look inward. I was too busy taking care of pressing issues with my family. I was so consumed with the ins and outs of my family, work, and motherhood that I got lost, stuck, and could not find my way back to having a little bit of ME. That is until it started to affect my mental health and my physical health.

I struggled with anxiety, panic attacks, and depression. Overtime (with doctor’s orders) I did the necessary work to regain my identity, my self-worth, my confidence so that I could be productive not only for me but for my family.

And so can you. You deserve to know how to appropriately regroup, reassess, realign and regain who you are so that you can be your best self to your family and to your community.
